Returns, Exchanges & Refunds using Laybuy

You can return any item in accordance with Urban Wear Returns policy. If a refund is being processed and you have been charged instalments, the funds will be back in your account within 1-3 business days. Any future instalments will be cancelled. Refunds will be processed and communicated to the customer via Laybuy shortly after Urban Wear processes the returned items.
